Temporarily mount GPS?

The suction cup is for the inside of the windshield. It won't stick to the top of your instrument panel, because of the textured plastic. A suction cup needs a completely smooth surface, like gl in order to create the suction. Also, it's not permanent unless you mount it with Super Glue.
