My college decided to cancel my program midway through. What do I do?

So I was going to school for a web design certification program. I enrolled and have been attending for over nine months now. I'm on my final quarter with only one more cl to go until I was finished. My instructor told me that the school decided to get rid of the web design certification program and basically anyone enrolled in that program was up the creek without a paddle so to speak. I don't think that it is right to just say your screwed. Is there anything that I can do? I don't want to go out quietly. I want to make sure that the higher ups at this school know I'm very upset about this situation. Any tips would be helpful.
