Without the delegates from Florida and Michigan, will either candidate have enough delegates to win?

Even counting the superdelegates, I can foresee that neither candidate will have sufficient delegates to win the nomination. In that scenario, the nomination goes to a second round where delegates are no longer bound to there pledge. Could get quite interesting with corruption possibilities not entirely absent. Perhaps that is why Obama wants Florida and Michigan to seat delegates split down the middle and Clinton does not.
