In a conflict between UK and EU Union Law which legal system?

EU law cannot be legally enforceable in this country as the people of this country have NOT ratified the entry to the EU only the EEC has been ratified and even that vote was tampered with ( any official who says otherwise is a LIAR) we want a campaign of civil disobedience of EU laws. We want to be U S E less .( united states of europe)
