Why hasn't he called me yet?

i've like this guy since last spring semester and the way that met him was really weird i was in ma room and him and his frat brother came and knock at my door and and asking for me and i don't even know who they were and they were asking weird questions about me and wanting to stay and help me study, but i said "No" and kinda felt awkward because i looked bad(night clothes and want expecting anyone). i saw him again and we had a really good conversation and to top the cake is that me and his mom have the same b-day. we are very compatible with our signs i'm a gemini and he's a libra. well his fraternity had a party 2 days ago and he was there we were drinking and then we dancing and me and him danced the whole night. and we went into this private room me and him and we were slow dancing REALLY close me and him and i gave him my number and then we still dancing and i was kissing him on his neck and still dancing. it's been 2 days and he hasn't call me. what to do?
