What would you do with the girl you like?

I really like this girl, and when I told her she said she only sees me as a friend, I asked her on five different dates, and all the time it never happened. In december I left a rose on her doorstep with a little note, and two weeks later I left a blow pop on her doorstep. After that I decided that I should just give up on her and I set my sight on someone else, when word got around, the girl that I like thought I had a girlfriend, so she asked my bro and he said no, then she told him that she would go on a date with me this past sunday, but I was closing so I couldnt do it, so in return, I bought her a bouquet of roses for her birthday, this past wednesday, she told my bro to tell me that she still has my note, the one I left with the rose on the doorstep, and then she said that she usually throws away notes that guys give her, but she kept mine. when my bro asked why she said that its because I really like her and she felt bad, so does that mean that she is interested in me? do I have a shot? should I keep trying, or is it only because she feels bad?
