OMG.FREAKING OUT. CRYING please READ!!?

A little while ago I had this major meltdown my mom tried to talk to me and calm me down but I slammed the door in her face. I also hit her during this meltdown. I didn't mean to I dont know!. She's knocking on the door but I don't want to answer and I hate when she see's me crying.
