Is there a way that I could make a big purchase and pay in installments without using Bill Me Later?

I have tried to use bill me later, but for some reason it will not let me. All my information is correct, it just will not let me. I want to make like a $600-1000 purchase, that I could pay for right now if I didn't want to eat this month, but I would really prefer to eat and make this purchase. I don't think I even have credit yet, and this is all still very confusing to me. any advice?
