How to tell if baby is engaged?

I know my baby has dropped because at my last appointment the doctor told me... well baby feels even lower and her feet used to be up in my ribs and now they're way lower. He said that even though she had dropped he could still "wobble" her head so she wasn't "fully engaged" - is there anyway I can tell at home by myself if she's engaged now?
