How do I get my design ideas for a textile product for children from birth upwards?

This may sound funny but my worst problem is going to a public bathroom and having no place to put the baby while i doing my business . I would love to have a safe place in the stall for my baby to sit while i am taking care of me. nothing like trying to get your pants down, wipe ,on and all the rest while holding a baby.
