CAn someone please help me come up with a thesis for eng.&give me websites to help me with my research paper?

i cant seem to find anything to help me i tried everything and looked everywhere can someone please help me with the thesis and give me examples and or websites that can help me? my professor said I HAVE to get an A or i will not get an A in the cl and i really need 2 for med school but english is just not my area of study. the general topic is"higher education in the 21st century, with special emphasis on the challenges and obstacles with respect to the concept of "equity" and "acess" and posed preliminary and general questions. just help me brainstorm please and a thesis i will try my best for the rest of it i just need a little direction and my professor at rutgers is a total *** about it.! n wont even bother helping. please serious answers only. thak you all SOOO much for everyone who tries.
