Why is it that we never hear Linde from HIM speak English?

I know he understands it because HIM wouldn't tour around in America if he didn't. And he speaks Finnish for about 7 seconds in an interview. But otherwise he never says a word. I know he's quiet and such and I'm the same way, but you have to say something eventually.
