10 year old boy age appropriate gift?

The pogo stick is a great gift- I had one too. It's great exercize, and since many (most) children need more exercize, I'd have no issue with one. The pellet gun is another story- it is inappropriate for anyone under 18, unless you live in a rural area and can have adult supervision at all times. In the day and age where lawsuits are out of control, if another child or someone's pet were hurt, you could find yourself in a nightmare situation.
