What tattoo designs would look good mid-calf?

I have a horizontal scar that is about two and a half inches long about midway down on the outside of my leg. In the future I would like to have a tattoo done over it. Does anybody have any suggestions as to what may look good in that area? I have other tattoos elsewhere and always wanted another but I'm drawing a blank as to what would be pleasing to the eye on that part of my body. Any thoughts very much appreciated.
