Is Biblical modesty fading in today's "Christianity"?

I think the sin is in the man lusting after those women, not in the women themselves. If a man has sufficient faith in God and belief in the principles of love between a man and a woman, he could sit in a room surrounded by hundreds of naked women he finds physically attractive and it would not provoke lust in him.
