I think my friend might be gay?

we are cool you know..everyday in lab he sits next to me and he like repeatedly keeps rubbing his crotch area. i know guys do this but he does it like in a sensual way and he only does it around me. and he always is telling me to suck his .. like he would say that like every 5 minutes no exageration.. could he be gay?
