I am a self employed woman. I have no child. I & my husband wants to creat HUF. Shall we creat HUF?

According to Hindu law a HUF can only be created by members with a direct linear decent. I do not think your husband counts as a member then, but your family members can be part of your HUF for taxation purposes, providing that you are in India, and Hindi, not Christain, or Muslim.
