Cranky situation. i feel outta control?

im on the pill. and i never went to a gp for it. My chemist gave it to me. i mean shes like a doctor. she aksed me questions and blood pressure and put me on yasmin. i ve been on it for a yr and its awesome. now i need a pap smear and i need to go to a gp. how do i tell her im on the pill? i dont really want her to know i got it off the counter. please no mean answers! i just need an answer not a lecture. im feeling depressed abt it. do you think im the worst situation? i know i have to tell her the truth but plz help
