Can i use min top...having oily scalp?

i am having an oily scalp i have lot of hair fall .. i use to loose 30-40 stands a day its before 6 months but now i have shifted my self to Hyderabad i am staying in an hostel where water is the problem because of that water i am loosing 100-150 stands a day ..one of my friend has recommended to use mintop he said that it will work..is there any problem by using mintop people like..and tell me which one to use Mintop Forte or Mintop 5% whats the difference b/w them...
