Why would the NFL even think about reinstating Vick?

The man was facing RICO charges. He was the head of an illegal organization that engaged in gambling and dogfighting. HE WAS THE HEAD OF A CRIMINAL ORGANIZATION !!!!!!!! He didn't just kill a few dogs, he didn't even go to jail for killing dogs, he plea bargained because they were going to prosecute him under RICO as the head of a criminal organization. You cannot even compare him to a dui manslaughter, or Ray Lewis, they were not heads of criminal enterprises!!!! He funded and led an illegal organization!!!!! that continously engaged in illegal activities!!!!
