Guess what.. I am exactly the same age with the same problem. I do dancing and i find that I lose weight without even realising and I enjoy it. You could try a hobby or sport and you'll find that you don't have to try and lose weight. You could also eat salads and fruit that helps me and i feel really good after. Also go shopping and find clothes that suit you, are not revealing but you still feel comfortable in. I wear trackpants and baggy jumpers and i feel really daggy but when i find clothes that suit me i feel better. Hope this helps :)
